For more than 25 years, founder Rob Van Etten has been deeply connected to Bald Head Island, inspired by it’s unique beauty and heritage. As a lifelong craftsman, with over two decades of experience building custom homes along the coast of North Carolina, his vision is to create homes defined by timeless details and enduring character-- havens where families gather, memories are made, and legacies grow. When he is not dedicating his time to his craft, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Ruka.
